While we were in SLC, we celebrated Miss Clara's 1st birthday with a big party at my sister's house (THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU, Alisa!!!). It was so fun for everyone but Clara Beara whose "schedule" was messed up from traveling. She fell asleep about 1/2 hour in to the party and slept the whole time. It was still so fun to see everyone and watch Clara's older cousins play. The other kiddos helped me open Clara's gifts (THANK YOU, Everyone!!!). And when Clara finally woke up a couple hours later (and after most people had left), she did get a Happy Birthday song and a cupcake (she loved the frosting and was completely neutral on the rest of it).
