Sophie's 2nd birthday was on the 22nd. I can't believe I have two-year-old!!! On her actual birthday, we kept it pretty low-key. Grandma Yoj was still in town and Uncle Dave and Aunt Sarah came over for dinner and cake (which Sophie had helped decorate earlier in the day). Despite telling us she was going to "be shy", Sophie loved being the center of the birthday party. She really got the whole idea - loved opening presents, loved getting sung to and loved blowing out candles. It's so fun now that she's old enough to appreciate it!
