The Mystery of the Missing Leaf

We live relatively close to the freeway and my girls LOVE to walk down and see the cars and train.

 We went the other day to kill some time before Nate got home from work.

I may have let my girls go in a princess dress and jammies.

Our walk back home turned into "The Mystery of the Missing Leaf" - Sophie's words. 

We had to hunt down leaves that would fit over each person's head to protect us from the rain. Obvs.

Also, on an unrelated note. we have a lilac bush blooming in our front yard. A little dream of mine that has finally come true. Yeah!
