Turkey Day

We had a great Thanksgiving. We had Dave and Sarah, Sarah's brother, and Sarah's cousin and her family over. It was a little crowded around the table but so much fun. There were two kids for Sophie to play with and everyone helped both with the cooking and by bringing stuff. Everything was delicious and we had lots of fun at dinner. The kids, of course, finished dinner first so they watched a "show" (Sophie's new favorite word - "Mommy, show, meeeese!") while we finished eating. After dinner, we all went downstairs where the kiddos went crazy with the toys and the adults went crazy with Rock Band. Before Dave, Sarah and Neal left, we popped some popcorn in the sorta traditional way - dried corn still on the cob, but in the microwave. It was really cool!

Oh yeah, and the cake was great!
